Semantic Director Gary Benner has been using Delphi since it went to beta in 1994. he founded the NZ Delphi User Group, and continues to manage it's online list with about 250 active members.
Delphi has gone from strentgth to strength over the years, and is the most stable, effective development environment in the marketplace. it now suprots the Microsoft .NET environment, and the latest versions support Delphi's native Pascal language, as well C++, C#, PHP, and Ruby.
Borland also have a separate IDE for the Java language, and this will shortly be deployed as an extension to the Eclipse IDE.
